Maylands, dubbed Perth’s trendiest suburb by Lonely Planet in 2018, is a beautiful riverside suburb of Perth, Western Australia that sits approx 4.5km from Perth city. The Swan River, with its’ abundant bird and wildlife population, winds through Maylands lapping at parklands, the Maylands Bowling Club & Maylands Peninsula Golf Course, the Maylands Tennis Club, the Maylands Yacht Club & Rowing Club and the Waterland playground.
