When I first heard about fleece cage liners, I was quite put off by the idea of having to clean and mantain they bedding. In reality, it is super simple. In the long run, it is much more economical than disposable bedding and saves a lot of time. It also makes such a nice cozy environment for the pigs. When doing laundry keep a few things in mind: 1. Always shake out your liners and beds and get as much hair and hay off as you can before putting them in the dryer. 2. Use unscented, natural detergent to avoid causing skin or breathing irritation for our pigs. 3. Do not use any fabric softeners, they will effect the wicking capability of the fleece fabric.
