As always, thank you for watching! Coffee: Nespresso Intenso. Breakfast: spinach, onion, no nitrate/ no nitrite turkey bacon from columbus, eggs, salt to taste. Daves bagel, cream cheese, and a cherry jam my brother got from a farm in Indiana. Dessert: Costco mini chocolate chip cookies from the bakery. Chocolate Chia Pudding: : (not a fan) 2 cups milk, 2 T cacao powder, pinch sea salt, 5 T chia seeds, coconut sugar to taste. I warmed the milk and added the other ingredients to the warm milk. Placed in fridge for about 8 hours. Topped with berries. Not bad, just not my favorite snack.
