Let's make quick and easy protein uttapam, a single uttapam gives 100 calories and 4.21gm of protein. To make this recipe I am using dosa batter and vegetables, for proteins I added panner to it.
Dosa batter
Ingredients
1-Urad dal-100gm
2-Rice-300gm
3-Chana dal-50gm
4-Fenugreek seeds-5gm
Method
1-In a bowl add all ingredients, and wash it 2-3 times.
2-Now add sufficient water and soak it for 6 hours.
3-Grind it and keep it aside on the kitchen counter for fermentation.
4-Next morning add salt and water, mix well.
5-Dosa batter is ready, u can make crispy dosa or uttapam.

Serving-6 uttapam
Ingredients
1-Dosa batter-100gm
2-Onion-20gm(2 tbsp)
3-Capsicum-20gm(2 tbsp)
4-Carrot-40gm(4 tbsp)
5-Paneer-100gm(1/4th cup)
