Protein paneer pasta
Serving-3
Ingredients
Whole wheat pasta-1 cup(100gm)
Paneer-200gm
Onion-100gm
Red bell pepper-30gm
Yellow bell pepper-30gm
Green bell pepper-30gm
Tomato-60gm
Pumpkin-70gm
Salt-as per taste
Garam masala-1 tsp
Chili flakes
Oregano
Coriander leaves for garnish
Oil-10ml
Method
Take classic essential Stella triply kadai, add oil, add chopped vegetables, paneer, salt, garam masala, and turmeric powder, and cook for 10 mins.
Once it cools down add it in a mixer jar and grind it as fine paste.
Now take a classic essential triply saucepan, add water and 1 cup whole wheat pasta, and cook for 5-8 mins.
Take a kadai, add 1 tsp oil, add vegetable paste, cook for 5 mins, add seasoning and cooked pasta.
Cook for 5 minutes, garnish with coriander leaves.
Our healthy protein pasta is ready to serve.
