Soya chunks vegetables stir fry Serving-1 Ingredients 1-Soya chunks-30gn 2-Onion-30gm 3-Capsicum-20gm 4-Baby corn-20gm 5-Mushroom-100gm 6-Curd-60gm 7-Turmeric powder 8-Garam masala 9-Red chili powder 10-Ginger, garlic, chili paste 11-Salt-to taste 12-Oil-5 ml 13-Besan-5gm Method 1-Boil soya chunks for 5 mins. 2-Once it cool down squeeze excess water. 3-Add it in a bowl add curd, spices such as turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic chili chopped, besan and mix well. 4-keep it aside for 1 hour. 5-In a pan oil, fry onion, capsicum, baby corn, mushroom. 6-Now add marinated soya chunks for 7-8 mins. 7-serve hot garnish with coriander leaves.
