Protein spread Serving-10 Ingredients 1-Almond-150gm 2-Hazelnut-60gm(Optional) 3-Protein powder-3scoops(36gm) 4-Cocoa powder-2tbsp 5-Chocolate essence-3-4drops Method 1-Dry roast nuts. 2-Once it cools down grind it, now add protein powder, cocoa powder, chocolate essence and grind it for 8-10mins. 3-Nuts has their own oil, once u grind it in high speed it release oil, and grind it as fine paste. 4-You can store it in air tight container.
