Let’s make my favourite Winter special Energy Ladoo. These ladoo are super healthy and delicious too.Best for Snacking. A single Sattu ladoo gives nearly 95 calories and 3.6gm proteins. To enhance the nutrition of these ladooes I am preparing it in kalasin Brass utensils.

Sattu ladoo
Serving-15 ladoo
Ingredients
1-Sattu atta-150gm(1.5cup)
2-Pumpkin seeds-25gm
3-Watermelon seeds-25gm
4-sunflower seeds-25gm
5-Ghee-30ml
6-Jaggery powder-55gm
7-Elachi powder-1/2 tsp
Method
1-Heat the pan and dry roast the seeds, once it cools down grind it coarsely.
2-Now dry roast the sattu powder, add ghee and cook it for another 5 mins in low flame, add nuts powder, jaggery powder and elachi powder, cook it for 3-4 min, until jaggery starts melting.
3-Trasfer it in a plate and make ladoes when it is hot.
Healthy tasty sattu ladoo is ready to serve.Enjoy
