Let's make High protein, Gluten free, Broccoli paneer cutlet. This is super healthy and easy to prepare recipe. Single cutlet gives 80calories and 5gm proteins. Only 15mins you need to prepare these delicious cutlets. We can easily incorporate these cutlets into our weightloss diet plan. High protein Cutlets Serving-10 Ingredients 1-Broccoli-300gm 2-Paneer-180gm 3-Onion-small size(30gm) 4-Carrot-30gm(small size) 5-Oats-30gm 6-Green chili-as per taste 7-Garlic-as per taste 8-Coriander leaves-1tbsp 9-Till-2tsp 10-Ajwain-1/2tsp 11-Cumin seeds-1tsp 12-Turmeric powder-1/4th tsp 13-Coriander powder-1tsp 14-Salt-as per taste Method 1-Cut and wash broccoli in hot water, for 3-4times. 2-Wipe out the extra water from broccoli. 3-In a chopper add broccoli, green chili, garlic and chop it finely. 4-Add mashed paneer, rolled oats powder, chopped onion, grated carrot, chopped coriander leaves, spices and salt. 5-Mix well, and make cutlets from this mixture. 6-Heat a tawa and grease it with little oil. 7-Now cook these cutlets both sides.
