Hey Y'all! Ever wondered how to make Frito Pie?! Well let me show ya! In this video I make delicious Frito Pie! Frito Pie is a main staple here in Texas at our Football games as well as other fun events! Texas Frito Pie Recipe Frito chips sharp cheddar cheese ~shredded jalapeños ~sliced Sour cream 2-3 large onions diced 1/4 cup of canola oil 2 pounds of ground beef 1 tablespoon of kosher salt 2 tablespoons of ground cumin 1 tablespoon of paprika 3 tablespoons of ancho chile powder 2 (14.5 ounce cans) diced tomatoes 1 (6 ounce) can of tomato paste 1 bottle of Amber ale beer 2 tablespoons of masa harina (corn flour) 4 tablespoons of cornstarch mixed with cold water 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar 1-2 tablespoons of white distilled vinegar If y'all try out the recipe and like it, leave it in the comments!
