All you need is a freezer, a cooler, a container, some water and a pure cotton T-shirt. Caution: Be careful to move the ice from one spot on your body to the next spot every couple of seconds in order to avoid frost bite. Make sure you don’t get too cold. The wrists, the hands, the neck, the face and the head all have lots of blood vessels close to the surface. As the blood circulates through your body, the ice takes the heat out of your body, which in turn cools you. The ice slab works because it is solid ice and fits right into the bottom of your cooler.
