Hi loves! We're back home after 3 long weeks in the hospital, and getting used to life as new parents! We have weekly appointments with Leyton's cardiologist to check up on his heart, and it looks like he's going to need another surgery soon. For now we're just enjoying life with him and doing everything we can to keep him healthy!
