A long video by my standards, again not scripted, one day I will, and I'll do it in a bigger space so can actually follow through instead of pulling high... - trying to get across the idea of what bracing in disc golf is and how hopefully to achieve it. In most sporting actions we have done since we were children we have braced and it is second nature, there is no conscious thought. In Disc golf the majority have started later in life and it can be a struggle to stop throwing your weight and to start transferring it. That's where the Brace comes in.
