Nelson Mandela said, "There can be no greater gift than that of giving one's time and energy to help other without expecting anything in return." Daily Dispatch joined hands with Boxer, Johnson & Johnson and our 2019 Local Heroes Sella Doyle and John Goodrich to celebrate Mandela Day. Sella Doyle received a R20 000 donation from Boxer towards her feeding scheme and John Goodrich fixed computers that were donated to Unathi High School in Cambridge, East London. We donated computers and Johnson & Johnson donated data that will be used by the school's grade 12 learners to enable them to successfully complete their matric year.
