The first book of the Pentateuch, the very first chapter we see the Spirit of God, moving upon the face of the waters. In verse 3 the Father said let there be light. The Father is speaking and the Spirit of God is working as one with the Father. Almighty God, the third part of the Trinity was upon Him and through His empowerment, he did miraculous works.
