Proofing time varies between 45- 50 mins. After proof, gently knead to push gas out Divide the dough into two parts and proof 30 mins. Shaping Note: Open the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes before baking. Bake on middle rack, 180 C/355 F ( top and bottom heat) in 18- 20 mins. This is my achievement.
