Please subscribe my channel:: http://bit.ly/HYAFOOD ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients: 200 gr split mung beans (soak for 4 hours) 10 gr corn flour 80 gr caster sugar 70ml vegetable oil 2 tbsps Matcha powder Rinse mung beans. Soak over night or at least 4 hours Drain and add in 500ml water Bring to the boil, reduce to low heat and cook for 20 minutes or until soften Remove foam while heating. Lower the heat until the beans are tender When the beans are tender, turn off the stove, add sugar and let the beans cool down and bring it to grind. Sieve mung bean puree for smoother paste texture. Pour beans into a good non-stick pan. Turn on the medium heat stove and slug. Slowly pour the vegetable oil into the pot. Mix cornflour with a little water and then pour into the pot. Add 50ml of water and matcha powder, mix well Slugs until the beans are smooth and not sticky.Cooking takes about 35 minutes. Mooncake filling paste can be prepared in advance, keep refrigerated in airtight container.
