Happy Birthday Mr Mercury! 🥰 Hey everyone! So I thought I would take part in the 'Freddie for a day' event for charity but I extended it to 48 hours! On this day, 5th of September, people dress up as Freddie all around the world to raise money for the Mercury Phoenix Trust which was set up in Freddie's memory. The Mercury Phoenix Trust undertakes fundraising activities to keep AIDS awareness and education in the forefront through the use of Freddie Mercury's name, magic and music. The Trust has focussed its policy to concentrate on HIV/AIDS education and awareness in the developing world.
