In this narrated video I am rolling with one of my brown belts, Lionel, who is also the founder of Leao Optics. Anyway he has been training with me since he was a white belt. We've trained a lot together and we know each others game very well. I would say he's your average dad that really likes rolling plus he likes takedowns. He's not afraid to shoot in on you. In fact, he's a good guy to train with cuz his style is a very heavy pressure game that mimics that of someone you will meet on tournament day.
