Dojo Mark's video: Self Defense for Police and Law Enforcement Part 1

@Self Defense for Police and Law Enforcement Part 1
See Part 2 here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wq79BzWyJE0&t=35s The more tools police have in their toolbox the better. Pepper spray and tasters have their uses, but not every encounter with a suspect may be different and require different techniques. This video will show you one way to handle a suspect that is uncooperative. Police have a dangerous job and having the correct tools and training will keep them safer on the job. I believe all law enforcement should be required to learn jiu-jitsu or some form of grappling for at least 6 months at 3 hours a week minimum for the first 6 months. If police trained jiu jitsu as much as they train with their guns everyone they encounter would be safer. Less police brutality, shootings and less people being killed. Police will also be more confident in their encounters with the public because they will have better training and more options when a suspect encounter gets more physical. I've watched hundreds of videos of police encounters and I see so many mistakes being made by police when they have a suspect already on the ground. There is no need for hitting a suspect with anything. Having the knowledge of controlling a suspect with proper placement of pressure and getting the suspects hands where you want them is the problem I see. There are so many benefits for police in practicing and learning jiu jitsu. There are hundreds of gyms and academies around the country. Find a place today and see what you're missing.
