Oggi vi presento la Pumpkin Pie. E' una torta americana con una base di pasta frolla e crema alla zucca. E' un ottimo dolce da preparare per Halloween. Ingredienti: Farcitura 400gr Zucca Lessa 150gr latte condensato 100gr Zucchero Cannella q.b. 1 Uovo Pasta Frolla 1 Uovo 80gr Zucchero 80gr Burro Pizzico di Lievito per dolci 200gr Farina Iscrivetevi al canale e attivate la campanella per essere sempre aggiornati.
