Cream Cheese Mixture: 8oz cream cheese 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1tsp vanilla extract Dry Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups flour 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin spice 1tsp cinnamon 1tsp cloves 1tsp nutmeg 1 tsp baking soda 1/2tsp salt wet ingredients: 15oz Can of pumpkin purée 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 large eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1tsp vanilla extract Streusel Topping: ( combine until crumbly ) 1/3 cup brown sugar 1tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup( 4tbsp ) unsalted butter melted 2/3 cup all purpose flour I start with the cream cheese mixture in a bowl, cover with foil and keep it in the freezer until it’s ready to be used. Mix dry ingredients together, next mix wet ingredients together in separate bowl. Pour dry ingredients slowly into the wet ingredients and fold & mix together gently just until combined Next make your streusel topping. Fill about a 1/4 of the bottom liner with the batter, and then scoop the cream cheese mixture a tablespoon or so into the liner. Honestly up to you! and try to keep it in the middle if possible. fill up the top with batter to cover up the cream cheese. Add your streusel topping. Bake @ 350f around 20-28min depending on your oven. Tomato Bisque Soup: First Time making this and it was so easy and will be making again all fall! 💕 Soup: I used about 7-8 tomatoes (quartered) 2 bulbs of garlic ( just cut the tail side off) 1 yellow onion (quartered ) Seasoned with fresh thyme, dried oregano, dried rosemary, salt, pepper, & red pepper flakes for a little kick. Olive oil 1/4-1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese About a handful of Fresh basil 1-2cups Chicken broth (your preference on how thin/thick you want your soup ) Optional : half and half, heavy whipping cream, coconut milk, etc. 1. Preheat Oven to 400 2. Place the tomatoes facing up, onions and bulbs of garlic on an oven safe pan. 3. Drizzle and coat with olive oil and your spices 4. Place in oven for approx 30-40min & then I put the oven on broil for approx 10min to get the veggies to char ( keep your eyes on your oven tho) 5. Let the veggies cool down a bit and place everything in your blender. Make sure you squish the garlic out of the bulbs don’t put the skin in there ya kno? lol 6. Add your Parmesan, basil and chicken broth and blend! 7. Taste taste ! 8. Pour your blend into soup pot and if you want you can add half & half/coconut milk/heavy whipping cream ( I only added about 1/4 a cup or less of half and half it was already pretty creamy to me ) Music: Music by Anja Kotar - October [Thematic Exclusive] - https://thmatc.co/?l=A0EDC482
