Change of direction drills are a great way to change up your conditioning work 🏃 I prefer to use audible or visual cues during the drills as it relates more to "real life". Having a pre-determined drill all laid out may be fine for a warm-up, however it doesn't translate well 🏃 TOP - predetermined drill...touch left cone, then center, then right. Pretty straight forward 🏃 BOTTOM - as you approach the cones, have a coach cue you to which cone to go to...you have to REACT to the stimulus (coaches cue) and accelerate to the cone. Translates much more to actual game play. Winner winner 🏃
