I'M MAD. Download Australia 2018 in Melbourne has announced its lineup. It looks pretty ok except for a QUITE LARGE NUMBER OF FUCK UPS. Download Australia was a chance for Australia to get a big metal festival again and they fucked it up! Clearly they paid no attention to what happened to our last metal festival, Soundwave, because they're making the same mistakes as they did before they went belly-up. The main headliners have clearly been chosen as a fucking nostalgia-fest that doesn't actually even consider actual metalheads and has left real metal bands like Arch Enemy, Sabaton, Gojira, Psycroptic and Amon Amarth to sit on the sidelines.
