House has to work under Foreman and they admit a woman with a lot of unexplained symptoms, debating whether she has a real illness or whether she has Munchausen syndrome, now referred to as factitious disorder where a person deliberately creates or inflicts symptoms of illness upon themselves. How they came to this diagnosis is a different matter and we also think about whether this condition is treatable and the damage that this diagnosis can do to people.
