It is a kind of diet plan, that works as an anti-obesity diet, which helps in weight loss? In keto, diet fat is a major source of energy for the body. Keto diet included- Carbohydrates – 5 per cent. Proteins – (20-25) per cent. Fats – 70 per cent. 10 side effect of Keto diet - 1. Fatigue, 2. headache and Anxiety. 3. Bad breath- Weird, nail-polish-like smell in-breath (acetone breath) 4. Hunger and constipation- because of the absence of fibre diet. 5. Have A Kapha-pacifying Diet-1. Fruits- Apples, Apricots, Pomegranates, Mango, Figs(dry), Lemons, Pears, Prunes, Raisins, Raspberries, Strawberries, Peaches, Persimmons, Cranberries. 2. Vegetables - Vegetables that pacify Kapha will generally be pungent, bitter, and astringent Like-Asparagus, Beet Greens, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Chilies, Cilantro, Corn, Garlic, Lettuce, Onions, Radishes, Spinach, Tomatoes (cooked), Turnips etc. 3. Grains- Barley, Buckwheat, Corn, Granola, Millet, Oat Bran, Oats (dry), Polenta, Quinoa. 4. Legumes - Mung Beans, Mung Dal, Toor Dal., White Beans, Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas) etc. 5. Dairy – Buttermilk, Ghee, Yogurt. 6. Nuts & Seeds- Almonds (soaked and peeled), Flax Seeds, Sunflower Seeds etc. 7. Oil - Sunflower Oil, Almond oil etc. 8. Honey (raw and unprocessed), Cinnamon, Cloves, Coriander, Cumin 2. Do Yoga For At Least 15 Minutes Every Morning- because it can kindle digestive fire or Agni to help eliminate toxins from your body. In fact, according to Ayurveda, you should be in bed before 10 PM every night, since 6-10 p.m. is a Kapha period when your body is naturally sleepy and should wake up before 6 a.m. to reap the burst of energy of the Kapha period in the morning. Just keep in mind that the total number of hours you sleep is determined by your unique bodily needs. 5. . Do A Powder Massage Before Taking Bath- Also called Udvartana in Ayurveda, this massage therapy is done best with a fine powder of Triphala or --- (Churna) that increases the heat of your body and improves your blood circulation and liquifies the excessive fat and Kapha Dosha.
