Do you know that breakfast is very important? Yes, breakfast is very important if you take lunch very late after 12 noon or between 1 to 4 pm. According to Ayurved the time of lunch should be between 10 to 11 AM. if you are not taking lunch between 10 to 11 AM, then breakfast is very necessary. Why this is the perfect time of breakfast? In the morning your previous meal or dinner of last night have completely digested and used by your body or tissues, So your stomach and intestines become empty and your blood also lacking glucose concentration, so between 9 to 10 am is the perfect time to take breakfast because your intestines are empty and their absorbing channels are opened at this time, therefore the intestines easily absorb the food and spread it all over the body like barren land absorb all the water of rain and percolate it in the deep layers of earth. Similarly, the breakfast taken between 9 to 10 am nourishes all the tissues or body parts thoroughly. So always take breakfast between 9 to 10 am if you take lunch between 12 noon to 4 pm. One more thing is to remember that you should always take breakfast half an hour or 45 minutes after practising exercise. What should your perfect breakfast and its quantity? Your breakfast should always be prepared by cooked cereals and it should be physically semisolid like- Paratha, Poori, Chapati, Upma, rice with Dal, Idli, Dosa, Halwa etc., because your intestines require a thick or colloidal solution of food which provides fulfilment in intestines and fulfilled intestines gives calm effect on its nervous system which is also called the second brain of our body. another example of the importance of abdomen for happiness when you are having constipation or indigestion, you do not feel energetic, feel various problems like drowsiness, irritability, lack of concentration, loss of appetite, heaviness in body and mind and dislike to do anything. Please do not take some items in your breakfast like sprouted cereals, bread, biscuits, cakes, pastries, poha, khakhara, juices, fruits, salad, khichari, Daliya (porridge) because these all are not suitable first meal for your body. The quantity of your breakfast The quantity of breakfast should always appropriate and should not disturb your lunch, so always try to take the appropriate amount of breakfast neither too less nor too much. Benefits of breakfast. Breakfast gives sufficient energy to our body to drive all the chemical reaction of the body. Breakfast builds your strong body, increases your appetite, glows your skin and provides energy for the hectic schedule of the morning. Breakfast gives satisfaction or fulfilment in our body and mind because our brain which is situated in the skull satisfied through the satisfaction of our second brain which is situated in our intestines. So the fulfilment of intestines provide a calm effect on both the brains, so we feel happy and live healthily. ---------------------------------------------------------------- "we will post a video on the 1st and 15th day in every month" --------------------------------------------------------------- Source of other videos: 1.
