YouTuber and Songwriter Abigail Kwakye interviews Raffaele Russo, a seriel entrepreneur, at I Have A Dream 2015. Here he speaks about how he started and his journey into being a property developer and the importance of giving 1% more everyday. Raffaele Russo grew up in Naples and in Lewisham in SE London at a time when the social media craze had just begun and the first successful online businesses were being launched. He funded a four year engineering degree at Loughborough University by setting up an online business importing and selling garments . And whilst he was at university he got into nightclub promotion and marketing and began to invest in student accommodation. Seven years on, Raffaele owns and runs Loc8me – a business that lets 300 properties in Loughborough to more than 1,700 students. He has recently launched ç– an authentic Italian pizza restaurant inspired by Pietro’s the very first pizza restaurant in Naples, with plans of expanding into a chain of restaurants across the Midlands. Raff has also recently launched JIM a revolutionary fitness concept, taking the industries traditional focus away from gym memberships to instead focus on changing people’s lives through better health.
