Dreamshot's video: This YouTuber STOLE MY VIDEO Copyright STRIKE issue

Using Copyrighted material is a major issue. People tend to take it very lightly. Only original creator shall understand the pain of his creation being shown as a someone else's. I have created a video for my youtube channel a few months back. They also had the audacity to use use someone else's logo on the video. Why I did not apply a Copyright Strike? - What if my strike is channel’s 3rd strike and what if his channel is taken down? - His innocent followers who enjoy his videos could have been misinformed about the take down by him. - There is a chance that a lot of people would not know what is happening on youtube. Copyrights need to be respected and contents to be only used under fair use.
