Students learned about the different roles and responsibilities in creating a studio recording, explored communication as a producer using "fact words" vs. "opinion words," developed a wide ranging vocabulary to communicate their ideas regarding instrumentation / arrangement / composition / lyrics / delivery & performance / mixing / mastering, learned about recording live audio and sequenced MIDI, basic mixing & mastering principles, and editing of audio and video.
