@Malaguti F12 Phantom -00 Test Drive (Acceleration issue 25-40km/h) Top Speed

I have bought this 2000 Malaguti F12 Phantom 50cc 2 weeks ago and since then I'm having troubles with acceleration from 25 km/h to 40km/h. When this speed is passed the moto drives fine. If I drive on up hill the moto speed get stuck and it doesn't get higher.The friction is changed, variator & rollers also. Hopefully someone will help me what the issue is in order to fix it and get fully functional on road. Enjoy the video! :)
