How to fire XMPs rapidly. You do not need to wait for the firing animation to complete & the Fire button to be selectable before you can fire again. Immediately after firing, hit the Ops menu, enter your inventory screen, select the XMP and fire again. You should setup your preferred XMP and Cube up in the XMP & Cube menus respectively so they are immediately selectable when you enter those submenus. Cube up BEFORE your XM depletes completely. There are 2 good reasons to do this. 1) The Cube animation takes a long time and you can fire up to 3 times in that duration. 2) Having some XM also allows you to reselect the XMP in the Inventory menu to re-enter the fire screen, if you are all out of XM, the Fire button will be disabled, and you'll have to wait for the Cube animation to complete before you are able to switch back to the Fire screen. PS: I am not attacking any actual portals in the video because the phone is taped to a table in a darkroom which has a SuperClamp attached holding the camera. Not the easiest setup to lug to the local farm, but it provides clearer video and shows finger placement and movements better than direct screencaptures.
