It comes from Paul's video "Intense Rock 2". For the last note in this solo, Paul uses a foot pedal...I played the last note with my Tremolo Bar. Paul Gilbert plays this run with the Eddie Van Halen picking technique. That means he picking the first 3 notes and then he plays the next 3 notes with pull offs.
