Different types of training brings a different types of pain! This is a drastically different style of training for Dusty with some random Quad exercises. Dusty mixes it up in the Legs workout, taking a break from the DC style Progressive Overload style of training to give his joints a rest. In this focused quads workout, it is all about the blood and getting the quads to work differently. This workout covers some unconventional movements like the Bulgarian Split Squat and Sissy Hack Squats. Unlike rest pause where your warm-ups are just to touch the weight not use much energy, this volume based style of training, Dusty is purposely wasting as much energy in the warm-ups as possible, 15 reps every warm-up set, so that it limits the amount of weight he does on the working set.
