An initial review of the Hoka ONE ONE Carbon X 2 after 13 miles or 21km. A runners review of this latest super shoe from Hoka ONE ONE, will it hit the spot or do the other brand fire first? I always think of Han Solo with the Carbon X series! I examine the upper, midsole, outsole and value of this £159 earth credit shoe which by the way, i bought with my own cash so no fake views from some oaf scared to loose his "free shoe stream". These are my honest opinions on the shoes with some reasonable miles into the midsoles at various paces from my steady 7:45/mi or 4:49/km to my goal half marathon pace of 6:50/mi or 4:16/km.
