Nodal Analysis is just another approach for thinking about an electrical circuit. In this approach, you look at the voltages at each node with respect to a reference node (usually ground, i.e. zero volts). So, when solving unknowns using Nodal Analysis you would take the following steps: 1. Label the node voltages (i.e., the voltages at each node with respect to to your reference (usually ground). 2. Then, use KCL to find relationships between currents. 3.
