How to replace 2 old magnetic fluorescent ballasts with 1 new 4 tube electronic fluorescent ballast. Replacing the on a Light Fixture is Very Dangerous, Please Turn OFF the switch and check to make sure there is NO POWER where you are working. This is how I replace the ballast in a T8 fixture. You can convert a T12 to T8 as well. Fluorescent bulbs are very dangerous if you cut yourself with one so be careful. I am an electrician.
