Bahan A : 140 gram cream cheese 80 gram susu cair UHT ( 80 ml) 40 gram butter Cairkan ketiga bahan diatas dgn api yg sangat kecil dan berhati2, jangan sampai mendidih. Bahan B : 6 kuning telur ( kocok lepas saja) 50 gram tepung terigu ( all purpose flour atau plain flour) 15 gram tepung maizena Campur ketiga bahan ini dikocok sampai lembut, baru tambahkan bahan B, pekan-pelan sambil terus dikocok sampai lembut.
