Bahan: 6 butir kuning telur + 100 gr gula pasir, aduk rata 6 butir putih telur + 50 gr gula pasir, masukkan sedikit2 sambil dikocok sampai kaku. 100 ml santan atau susu cair UHT 2 sdm minyak goreng atau mentega cair 1 sdt villa essence 1sdt perasa pandan 120 gr tepung terigu ( all purpose flour) Garam sedikit boleh tidak pakai.
