ET NOW's video: Permission granted to use drones Valid for one year from approval date StartUp Central

India's Ministry of Civil Aviation has granted drone use permission to 10 organizations. The organisations will be granted conditional exemption from Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Rules 2021. Among the entities who have been granted permission include the Government of Karnataka, the Gangtok Smart City Project and even players like Mahindra & Mahindra for conducting agricultural trials and precision spraying. Aviation companies such as Blue Ray will also benefit from the government's drone use permissions, as they look to conduct remote pilot training using drones.
