This is my recipe for a super high protein lemon bread. It has 45g of protein, 33g of carbs and 7.5g of fat. Hope you enjoy it! UPDATE: I recorded this video one week before I posted it. Here's some things I tried differently. 1) LESS WATER: Instead of 100g I used 3tbs. The bread was fully cooked in the middle, a bit and a bit more dense and less fluffy. I think both ways still taste good. 2) DIFFERENT MAPLE SYRUP: I ended up checking out Joseph's Sugar Free Maple Syrup at Whole Foods. There are only two ingredients.
