Undercarriage nearly complete. 450/510 3.5 Twin Turbo Raptor Crate engine from Ford Performance. This engine is of only 5 sold. I have added a 10R80 10Spd Automatic from a 4k mile 2018 F150. (I purchased a roll over complete truck for 3250.00 from Auction) Goal is to be able to go 900 miles on a single fill of fuel. The stock in-cab 19 gallon fuel tank will remain and I have added a custom home built Aluminum 27 gallon fuel tank in rear. I am using a Aeromotive transfer pump to pump fuel from in-cab tank tot he rear 27 gallon tank just to keep the stock appearing exterior and because truck is already painted I did not want to start cutting holes in bedside for another filler. Also because I want to keep the evap system intact where I can do full diagnostics with my laptop using ford IDS software. The 14" 6 piston brakes at all 4 corners are from Baer, and am using Baer Billet Master Cylinder with built in proportioning valve. Front swaybar is a custom engineered one-off built specifically for this twin I beam setup. The Rear diff is a 9" Nodular center section 31 spline axles and a "tight" limited slip diff. 3.50 Gearing. Custom driveshaft Plan is to have MPT tunes for 87, 91 & E50 Fuels 10R80 Gear ratios 1) 4.69 2) 2.98 3) 2.14 4) 1.76 5) 1.52 6) 1.27 7) 1.00 8) .85 9) .68 10) .63 with a 285/40-18 tire being 27.0" tall in 10th gear it will give me 36 mph per 1000 RPM. Goal is 25 mpg @ 65 mph which will be only 1775 engine rpm. 100 mph will be only 2750 rpm. The exhaust is a custom 3" Mandrel Bent in 304 Stainless using Dyno Max mufflers I had on truck with the 482" FE. I decided to simply modify it to fit the 450/510 Crate engine. Upon first startup it sounded great (for a 6 cyl. LOL) Tire Wheel Combo Wheels are custom Schott 18x10's in Rear with Continental Extreme Contact 285/40-18's and front are Schott 18x8 with Continental Extreme Contact 245/45-18's.
