This update is fitting the NOS grille and upper lower valance along with bumper to check fit of Raptor transmission cooler and lines and also to fit the ram air intake into stock airbox. The velocity stack I had on my 1970 Boss 302 that I had installed a SCJ 429 with tunnel ram and 2 4224 Holley's. I have waited over 40 years to find a use for it! LOL This setup will not only give me functional ram air but a bit larger area to collect the air. I needed a get me motivated day so I can continue to make progress. Goal is on road by April 9th in time for the Pro Touring Truck Shootout here in phoenix on the 10th & 11th of April. TONS of stuff to do yet. I drove truck 1200 miles with the 482" FE but after spending 5k trying to make the junk fitech system work I scrapped the fitech and sold the engine. Getting up there in age and wanted something smoother, quieter and obviously more power at the tire not to mention 4x the MPG . . The exhaust system I did is very similar to the new 2021 Raptor . . I think Ford stole my idea! hehe
