Ecotasia's video: How to Save Bigfoot from Extinction

@How to Save Bigfoot from Extinction
Something is lurking out in the woods, The North American Sasquatch, id est Bigfoot. But things are not so great for these forest denizens in our modern world. Open wild space across north america is diminishing dramatically, [1] At the same time our climate is changing, and it has been modelled that sasquatch will be unable to persist at low elevations and coastal forest, especially in the south of their range. Some will become isolated on high mountains. [2] Fortunately steps to protect this creature are being taken. Several counties in the State of Washington have been declared sasquatch refuges, and in Skamania killing one carries a fine and prison sentence. [3] While my sources are actually serious; getting people into the woods, discussing problems with modelling animal ranges, and stopping hunters from shooting some poor hiker; April Fools. sources: 1. Welcome to Ecotasia! On this channel you can find wildlife footage and short documentaries on the natural world. I am an early career biologist who was inspired by the likes of the BBC Natural History unit, PBS, and Animal Planet as a child and then more recently by various nature YouTube channels to share my love for animals and nature. My goal is to document and highlight the interesting ecology and behavior of organisms I encounter, as well as cover and elucidate conservation and biological topics.
