For decades, Putin has tried to portray the Russian army as the most powerful in the world. But based on their performance on Ukraine, what do you think? We asked you guys that question a couple days ago and we got a few thousand votes. Clearly, the vast majority of you think that the Russian army is incompetent. And with good reason: they have demonstrated that they were not up to the task. However, there's still a minority of you guys who think maybe they aren't that bad, or that the Russian army is the best in the world.
