I'm hellbent on getting better at lap steel, and on my to-do list of shedding was to get better acquainted with C6 tuning. I have dabbled with it in the past, before I had begun to develop my bar technique, but I wasn't very successful with it so I shelved it for a while. I decided to string up my Esquire-ized First Act with a set of C6 SIT strings I had laying around today and this is what came out. It's a fun tuning! The close intervals between strings allow for cool effects and different double stops from my usual 151351 interval tunings.
