After you receive the gaming receiver plug it into your Mac's USB port and the green light should show on the game receiver. 4. Turn on your Xbox controller and hold the connect button on the top of the controller and hold the button on the front of the gaming receiver. This will then connect both devices to each other, basically what you did to connect your Xbox controller to the Xbox console when you first bought the console. It should then make you player 1. 5. Now go system preferences and you should see a Xbox 360 controller image called"Xbox 360 controllers" click on it.
