This one is a banger, and as simple as the parts are it’s oddly a little tricky to play along with the original. It wasn’t tracked to a metronome, which adds a lot of life to the track but there’s a lot of push and pull so staying in the pocket is challenging at times. Abe knows how to lay down the most simple, yet powerful grooves like no one else.
