Edgar Fabián Frías's video: Meditation Monday Week 4 Your Brain and Body on Mindfulness Plus Somatic Meditation Personal Share

For this fourth installment of Meditation Monday, I, Edgar Fabián Frías, began the livestream with a guided somatic meditation to help viewers tune into their body and then shared a little about my own personal journey with mindfulness and meditation. After this, I shared a little bit of information about the neurobiology of mindfulness, discussing some of the information I have learned from the field of Interpersonal Neurobiology, which was begun by Dr. Daniel J. Siegel. I also engaged with the individuals on the livestream and answered questions people asked and responded to comments they made.
