Edgar Fabián Frías's video: My art installed at the Institute of Contemporary Art San Francisco shorts

Sharing some documentation of Nierika: The Pause, The Void, The Map at the Insitute of Contemporary Art in San Francisco, California. This installation and workshop event took place from March 11th - 13th, 2022 and featured two workshops where I shared my research into the Nierika as well as divination, ancestral communion, and other aspects of Wixáritari culture. This project was as part of the Meantime Program at the ICA SF. Curated by Renee Cyla Villasenor and Christine Koppes. This project took place at the same time as the artist Chris Martin's solo exhibition Ancient As Time taking place at ICA SF from January - April 2022.
